Special mention to Craig for organizing room decorations and Selina for doing an excellent job with the birthday decorations. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to key attractions and amenities. the room itself wasvery comfy and tidy, providing an enjoyable stay.

We had an lovely stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, just a short walk away from major attractions in the city and very close to the free tram that took us directly to the office. We loved the amazing view of the city skyline from our room at night. The hotel facilities were great, with very comfortable and spacious rooms that were clean as new.

No negatives from this hotel. We had an amazing experience and would definitely stay here again.

From the moment we entered, we were treated with exclusive amenities and attentive service. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, with a wide range of treatments and state, of, the, art facilities. the room was spacious and elegant, with exclusive advantages like a private Jacuzzi and in, room breakfast. the restaurant and bar/lounge areas were also impressive, offering delicious cuisine and an extensive drinks menu.

It would have been nice to have the option to check out later in the day.

The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The bed and pillows were comfortable, providing a blissful sleep. The staff was helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

The television in the room could use an upgrade, and it would be great to have the option to use our phones for music. the soy milk provided in the hotel was not to my liking, as it had a strong vanilla flavor , made the coffee taste terrible.

During my recent stay at the Grand Hyatt, I was amazed by the level of comfort and cleanliness of the room. The bed was comfortable, and I seemed like I was sleeping on clouds each night. The room was also equipped with convenient power outlets and USB ports next to the bedside, making it easy to charge my devices. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was very close to everything I wanted to explore in the city. The gym and swimming pool facilities were great and a great way to stay active.

We had a wonderful stay at a well-located hotel, close to shops and restaurants. The delightful bar area provided a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a drink. The room was spacious and clean, with a well-appointed bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, ensuring our needs were met. Breakfast offered a variety of options to choose from. The view from our room was superb, overlooking the river. We also enjoyed the use of the gym facilities.

The check-in process lacked a warm welcome and assistance with our luggage.

We picked this hotel for its location as it is within walking distance of the shopping hub & restaurants. The views from our room were fantastic with a beautiful view of the city from our window. The breakfast was delicious and the service was fast and friendly.

The room was quite dusty and the iron didn't work properly. We decided to request room cleaning, but the staff took a long time to assist us, leaving us waiting for several hours before we gave up.

The spa room was spacious with a stunning corner view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the complementary WiFi and daily bottled water were a nice touch. The gym was well-equipped. The staff were helpful and polite, and valet parking was excellent.

Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

The gym area was amazing, the best I've ever seen. Complimentary water was provided in the room. The TV was a comfortable size and the couch in the room was comfortable. The location was perfect, close to The Regent Theatre and shopping in the Paris end of Melbourne.

Felt like visiting family, nothing was too much trouble.

We were kinda surprised to be upgraded to a room with a fine view and were left a complimentary bottle of wine for our special occasion. The location was perfect for exploring local attractions, and the breakfast buffet had plenty of tasty options. a wonderful stay at Grand Hyatt.
